Sequential Error Disentanglement of Three-Phase Current Sensor for AC Machine in Standstill Conditions

چکیده

This article proposes a compensation method for gain and offset errors in the current sensing of three-phase AC machine drives with three sensor measurements during exact or close to standstill conditions. Errors are treated sequentially based on elliptical trajectory method, mathematical manipulation by demodulating faulted time-varying d, q currents using position. As sensors used, correction factor through measured neutral is proposed such that impact resistance deviation inverter non-idealities minimized. The does not incorporate any additional hardware, making it low-cost straightforward its implementation. It as tool initial commissioning before runs. robust rotor position perturbations need mechanical lock effectiveness suggested approach shown analysis, modelling, experimental findings acquired from hardware prototype mimicking actual use high-precision mechatronics.
